These terms govern the rental of vehicles from Al Hurr Car Rental L.L.C. By making a booking, you agree to the following.

1. Eligibility

Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid UAE or international driving licence together with a valid Emirates ID or passport.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to staff approval; no vehicle is confirmed until our team accepts the reservation. Prices are quoted in AED and are inclusive of 5% VAT. A 4% service fee and any delivery fee are itemised at checkout. A refundable security deposit is held per vehicle.

3. Insurance & Liability

Every rental includes insurance with an excess (deductible) as shown on the vehicle page. CDW and Super CDW upgrades reduce or remove the excess. The renter remains responsible for fines, tolls (Salik/Darb), and any damage not covered by the selected insurance.

4. Mileage

Each rental includes a daily kilometre allowance. Kilometres driven beyond the allowance are charged at the per-kilometre rate shown on the vehicle page.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation is free before the booking is confirmed. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pick-up receive an 80% refund of the rental amount; cancellations within 48 hours receive 50%. The service fee is non-refundable.

6. Returns & Deposit

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time in its original condition, with the same fuel level. The security deposit is refunded within 5 business days, subject to inspection and settlement of any fines, tolls, or charges.
